Easy , fast and delicious Enchiladas ! Recipe .

Today I will be sharing the recipe for my delicious Enchiladas that my family loves so much . This has to be the easiest and fastest recipe ! You can use left over chicken , beef , pork , Whatever you like . 

• Ingredients : 

1) Three cups of chicken (or whatever your using) 

2) Taco seasoning 

3) 1 cup of Salsa of your choice 

4) one can of cream of chicken 

5) 8 flour tortillas 

6) 1/2 cup of shredded blend Mexican cheese 

7) 1/4 cup of sour cream 

8) You can add Doritos if you like ! I added some nacho cheese Doritos in little crums just to give it a little kick of flavor . 

Now , Mix your salsa and the cream of chicken in a different bowl . 

After you mixed those two ingredients get a different bowl and mix the chicken , taco seasoning (as much as you like) , sour cream , cheese , Doritos crumbs and some of your salsa but NOT all of it . Just enough to get all the chicken . 

Now after mixing everything together put your tortillas in your baking dish (one by one)  start putting the chicken in the center of the tortilla , roll up your tortilla but Make sure the open side is facing DOWN . 

Last step ! Pour the rest of your sauce (salsa with the chicken cream) on top of the enchiladas but make sure it's spread very well and add cheese on top :) as much as you like . 

Preheat oven at 350 and once it's done bake for 20-30 minutes and DONE !!! :) Serve with a side salad and enjoy .
