The light it's very bright so it's perfect for playing football in the dark . The ball is very soft ! Which I was surprised cause I didn't think it would be . My son is turning three and he wanted to play so bad once he saw my nephew playing but I was afraid of the light of the frames hurting his eyes :/ he got to play with the ball only but he was so excited when he saw the ball lighting up like the frames .
Adults can also play ! The frames fit on everyone , really . My husband was able to put them on and have a little football game with my nephew . He looked like a little kid having so much fun while playing and running everywhere .
It's a pretty cool toy and if you have kids 6 and up that like football this would be a perfect toy/gift for him/her . Hours and hours of playing ! That your kid will enjoy . Plus the fact that you can use it and play in the dark just makes this toy even better :) parents can also have fun while playing .
